Jeremy Ling and his team were very professional in every process and frankly, a life-saver! We live in an area where radon is incredibly high - we suspect some of our older neighbors got cancer from living with high radon levels for years.

Our radon average measures 7.0+ pCi/L everyday since we moved into our home - which is very unsafe. Ever since getting the radon system installed, our average as dropped down to less than .25 pCi/L! We’ve been feeling at ease at home inhaling our air.

The job took no more than half a day so we didn’t need to get out of the house or anything. It was pretty non-invasive, and they even cleaned up nice after drilling holes for the mitigation system in our concrete walls. As seen in our pictures, you can see how well designed the system is and where it pumps the radon outside of our home. If you have air filters, I’d recommend using them for the Precision crew! I felt bad about the amount of dust particles they had to inhale and clean up after working on drilling our concrete walls!”

Radon sucks. It’s dangerous and renders areas of the house uninhabitable. Luckily I was in great hands with Precision.

We reviewed numerous options and competitors before arriving at Precision from a personal referral. What earned them the work was their approach to customer service. Jeremy and Selena are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met and a pleasure to work with. I never felt ignored or misheard - it’s helpful to have patient professionals when I literally have no idea what I’m talking about.

Jeremy took a look around the basement and was very straightforward about what needed to be done. He honored my desire to keep the exhaust away from the front of the house in his design. He was also very clear about their expiration on his quotes - materials prices are crazy right now and I felt really confident in his transparency about it.

After a couple of reschedules due to some other work we were having done concurrently, installation day arrived. I got to meet Connor who is just a super cool guy and a master at his craft. Go look at the pictures, it is amazing how nice it looks. He was quick and friendly. He also didn’t leave anything behind from his work - I went to my own job upstairs all day and when I came down later in the afternoon it was done. He explained everything carefully to me and gave me clear instructions about how to do the followup radon test.

The next week I had a couple of questions about the system in conjunction with our basement waterproofing project and Jeremy was very responsive and helpful.

We interviewed three contractors about mitigating radon in our 1930 home. Jeremy Ling from Precisions was the only one who took the time to discuss how he would do the work and why. In the process he didn’t try to scare the bejeezus out of me about the dangers of radon. On the day of installation I received a call to let me know they would be ten minutes late. I’ve had contractors who didn’t call when they were running hours behind. Jeremy and his crew were all around pros — they answered all my questions, installed the pvc pipes so that they look as good as possible in our finished basement, and they thoroughly cleaned up the area when they were done. Bottom line, they were super nice guys who got the job done, at a competitive/fair price. Radon levels in all 3 spaces are now below EPA levels and I’m breathing easier. One last point — Selena, the person who answered all my emails, was also super. Thank you!!!”
